Thank you for your interest in working with Mousai Entertainment! This questionnaire helps us understand your vision, goals, and current needs so we can provide the best support possible. Please answer honestly there are no wrong answers.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies Booking Policy A signed service agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total service fee are required to confirm your booking. Full payment is due 14 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis based on deposit receipt and signed contract. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date will receive a refund of any payments made minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date forfeit the deposit and any payments made. In the event of cancellation within 7 days of the event date, full payment is due. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Waitlist Policy If the requested event date is unavailable, clients may be placed on a waitlist. Clients on the waitlist will be notified immediately if a cancellation occurs or if additional availability arises. Waitlist placement does not guarantee booking; confirmation requires a signed agreement and deposit as outlined in the Booking Policy.
